Ingredients (two portions) 350g Pork 2 Potatoes Half onion A little spring onion Sauce (T=tablespoon) Crushed garlic 1T Cooking wine 1T Fish sauce 1T Sugar 2T Soy sauce 1T Chilli powder 1.5T Gochujang 2T(Korean spicy sauce) Recipe -Preparing Ingredients- Remove the potato peel. Cut potatoes into bite-sized. Cut half the onion and remove the onion wick. Cut the onion similar to the size of potato. Cut the spring onion diagonally for decoration. -Cooking Time- Pour a little oil. Add the pork. Add the pepper. Add crushed garlic 1T. Pour cooking wine 1T. Pour 2 cups of water. Add the potato. Fish sauce 1T Sugar 2T Soy sauce 1T Chilli powder 1.5T Gochujang 2T(Korean spicy sauce) Add the onion.
