Palappam is a popular staple breakfast in Kerala .Kerala cuisine and is referred as appam. It is typically served with stew which can be either vegetable stew or meat based stew. Vegetable stew is so easy to prepare. It is flavored with warm aromatic spices tempered in coconut oil.
